please let me join. i love prince of tennis, hence my avatar. i was a MOD in a prince of tennis forum. i know A LOT about prince of tennis. it is my second favorite anime besides naruto. i read all the manga and rewatched every episode at least 3 times.

Oh dear... I've been gone for like one week and it fells like a veeeerrrrryyy looooong time... so, what's the new topic now???

Fave character in POT?? Mine would be... Karupin!!! Yup!! I like the cat!!!

But, for real? I like Fuji-sama!!! I also like the fact that he's a tennis prodigy and likes Inui's super deluxe vegetable juice... wonder how it tastes?

i love fuji syuusuke! hes awsome! and i also like atobe keigo. hes i think arguably the strongest tennis player in all of prince of tennis. beside fuji with his unknown potential. atobe clearaly can beat echizen, sanada, tezuka. all of those are facts. its proven in the manga that hes beaten all of those guys and he hasnt lost a single game. we will have to see how atobe fares against echizen oin the nationals in singles 1. there playing now in chapter 300. its good. as of now atobe is winning 4-0 but echizen has to win for national dreams of seigaku. so its so cheap now there gonna make echizen steal one from atobe-sama. even though hes cleaqrly dominating and his game is flawless. he now has the ability to see everyones open points. in chapter 300 u saw him beat sanada and yukimura is afraid of him.

fuji is just a beast with his newly created 4th counter. his quadriple counter. its awsome. he just never ceases to amaze me. fuji and atobe the best in all of prince of tennis.

Hands down Atobe is the toughest opponent for tezuka to play. atobe has always played well and never lost even to tezuka. yes tezuka's arm was in pain but he was toying with tezuka all day. atobe is tezuka's true rival and atobe is the best.

yea thats y i like him a lot. as u can see on my sig. i also like fuji a lot. but i dont think fuji will be at atobe's level. atobe i think is the best in japan. i might be bias because hes cocky and rich and good but i think no one can beat him. he even stood his own against sanada. in the manga yukimura is real good. maybe atobe vs yukimura might be pretty good. but atobe will ultimatly be the winner.

it turns out in the manga atboe loses to echizen in the nationals. atobe lost to echizen 6-7 (119-117) tiebreak. thats crazy! 119-117! the match took about 4 hrs. atobe almost won against echizen in state of self actualization mode. atobe is that good.

yep 178 episodes full of action, the last episodes are the BEST but the ending is kinda sad.

yea the ending is very sad. it is so different from the manga. after the rikaidai match everything was 100% different. but still good. manga shows nationals with echizen still iwth seigaku. soo good. i rewatch prince of tennis everyday because ITS THAT GOOD! i have all the eps and have manga up to 301. hopefully they keep the translations coming. MAJOR prince of tennis fan. its #2 to me after naruto.

uh-huh uh-huh!!! exactly...overexaggerated indeed.

the pacing was very fast. no actions in the games like the animes and it was err....just so fast!!! so short!! They should've made it an ova. ryoga was cool and i wanted to see more of his moves which was very near to nanjiro. sigh...

tsk tsk...but yeah, i had fun watching it. my bro was just ummm...pissed. lol ryoma was sexy when his clothes got ripped off. LOL

ive heard of the musicals from the websites and stuff but then again i wasnt able to see anything lol, the time i downloaded PoT was when the series was all done....it took such a long time to actually fine eps 153 to 178...plus the movie took a HELL of a long time to get subbed and the OVA is a different story lol.
Im not sure about a site for the musicals but try youtube...maybe they've got something

well, just to go on with something i have come up with a topic. list down 5 techniques you know so far that you like to do or you wish you could do in real life (even if you don't actually play tennis). here's mine, in order:

1. Tezuka Zone
2. Higuma Otoshi
3. Tsubame Gaeshi
4. Disappearing Serve
5. Zero-shiki Drop Shot

Of course you could go beyond the series and list the techniques you already know in the nationals. since i've only been through the series, that's all i know.

note: for the purposes of this topic Fuji's triple counters must be listed one by one, as i have done.
