rules

In a battle each person will start with a sertant amount of health and chakra points
to raise health and chakra you must advance in rank
(h = health cp = chakra)
genin = join (must start ias genin)
chunn = 1 battles h = 100 cp = 1000
anbu = 3 battles h = 150 cp = 1200
jonin = 5 battles h = 225 cp = 1500
kage = 7 battles h = 750 cp = 2500

To win abattle one must get the oppenents health to 0.
The first one to do so is declared the winner.

BATTLING
There are 3 ways of depleting the oppenents health. They
are to use ,nin or genjutsu,taijutsu, or weapons. Each ninja
is allowed 1 unique special weapon.For example Kankuro's
puppet or Temari's fan.

ninjutsu
There are 4 levels of nin or genjutsu.
lv1 = 20 damage: 1000 years of death 100 cp
lv2 = 40 damage: shadow clones 300 cp
lv3 = 75 damage: summoning jutsu 1000 cp
lv4 = 120 damage: chidori/rasengan 1200 cp
Lv4 does 120 damage. It wouldnt make any sense for a genin to
do that so
genin = lv1 chunin = lv2 jonin = lv3 kage = lv4

taijutsu
Taijutsu is hand to hand combat. This doesn't require very
much chakra.
normal = 10 damage 00 cp
taijutsu = 30 damage 50 cp
strongblow = 75 damage 150 cp

As for weapons , they do 20 damage each

Info:while in Sunagakure Eko learned quite alot he learned sand control from his Uncle(gaaras father)and puuppet control from his cousin both of which took quite long to learn.Eko is fond of his weapons he has quite the variety from sand to sound Eko is quite skilled in genjutsu and ninjutsu and hardly uses taijutsu Eko left Sunagakure a while back he wished to travel the world to every country and learn a variety of jutsu in fact one of every kind he is now planning to visit Konohagakure to see the famous Sharingan Eye and learn of its power

Info:Jonu is Haku's cousin. Jonu used to live in hidden in the mist like haku but after the big commotion (haku showing his powers ect ect) Jonu ran away and next found himself in the hidden sand village. Jonu was training under the Kazekage and was exeling greatly so greatly Jonu was at Jonin level but still a genin.
Jonu was now the Kazekage's right hand man. Then the Kazekage got all of his other henchmen to try and kill Jonu. Kekkei Genkai: Deatharugan is a mixture of Byukugan and Sharingan. That Deatharugan can copy Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and also could copy Kekkei genkais. First and most well known ability is to memorize any technique that it witnesses. Second most well known able to see individual chakra points. Third well known can detect anything around them within a 900-meter radius. But they only downside of the Deatharugan is it can't see throw the ground.

History:

When he was age of 6 Orochimaru killing his young brother.

By the age of 20 he was S-Class. When he was 21 he went back for get some payback. But it was to late cause Zabuza killed Gato. Then he found the Zabuza's sword and Haku's mask. Then he became a fake-missing-nin going by Hakuza.
