sasuke23 was banned for breaking rules, but he made another account to bypass this, i caught him and he lied about it, i told him if he admits to it he wont be perm banned, i guess he didnt believe me and said it was his friend living in canada (both ips for both accounts were the same meaning both accounts were used from the same computer) so he got perm banned and wont be back ever.

u can tell a person's banned by looking at their level and banned ppl say Missing-Nin on it
