Vector time my children. Just to be an ass, I have got a picture that took me about 2 hours just to do like 20% of it.

I want you to finish the ENTIRE picture, not just the flowers. I'd also give more points to those who effectively use many shades of colour. I also want you to send me the pdf,ai or psd file via email:

I am sure you can spare hal an hour a day to vector this, that gives you a total of 3.5 hours, which is about as much time as you'll need. If worse comes to worse, submit it incomplete, if it is better than everyone else's you can still get the most points.
