Senkou no Night Raid
Summary: The story is set in Shanghai in 1931, when the Imperial Japanese Army has been dispatched to mainland China due to the relatively recent First Sino-Japanese War, Russo-Japanese War, and World War I. In this cosmopolitan city of intrigue, there is a special military spy organization called "Sakurai Kikan" that has since been buried in history.

Comments: This is the second series in the Anime no Chikara (Power of Anime) timeslot that focuses on original anime shows, that started with Sora no Woto. Based on the first episode this feels like Darker than Black in 1930s China with some politics mixed in. While the first episode was just average, I'll continue watching it knowing it should be different than most of the other shows this season. As of now, the only subs available are some subs that someone released on the internet and then someone muxed them with a raw. Hopefully an actual group comes to sub this.
Side note: God the mandarin was horrible.
